All personal information you provide us with via our website, either to join our email list or make a purchase in our online store, is used for the intended purpose only. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using the link provided or by emailing us with your request. We will not sell or rent any of your personal information. Ever.

Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Refunds and Returns
Our recycled stationery is made with second hand books that show their age. Inscriptions, library stamps, dedications, children's scribbles – it all adds to the character of what we make. We will not return or refund books because they appear used. We will replace items damaged in transit.

Delivery 
We will post your package within 5 business days of your order.

We offer two postage options for delivery within Australia - Regular Post and Registered Post. Registered Post packages require signature on delivery and can be tracked on the Australia Post website using the tracking number we provide you with. 

The cost of postage will vary depending on your location and the weight of the books purchased.  As a guide, 1 Journal or 2012 Diary will cost $7 Regular and $9 Registered Post to any capital city in Australia.

If you're a Melbourne customer, you can select Collect @ Rose St Artists Market. This option allows you to collect your order from us on a Saturday or Sunday from the Rose St Market in Fitzroy, and pay no postage at all.

All international orders are sent by Air Mail via Australia Post and should arrive within 10-15 business days. International orders start at $19 AUD for one Journal or 2012 Diary. You're welcome to email us for an exact quote before you place your order.
